Beef, Flour, Butter, Button Mushrooms, Shallots, Garlic, Thyme, Tarragon, Foie Gras, Red Wine, Beef Stock
Cooking Instructions
This dish is best served medium-rare, here are the steps:
Step 1: Preheat your oven at 200˚C (convection), 220˚C (non-convection) for at least 10 mins
Step 2: Remove the plastic wrapping from the Wellington and put FROZEN in oven for 50 mins
Step 3: Allow to rest for at least 10-15 mins before slicing
Step 4: Warm up the red wine jus in a sauce pan with a touch of water

Decrease Step 2 by 5 mins
You Prefer It More Cooked
Increase Step 2 by 5-10 mins
